- I reserve the right to decline any commissions I do not feel comfortable doing
- Please do not use my art for NFTs or computer-generated images
- I may use commissioned art as samples and posting it onto social media. if you want to keep it private, just lmk beforehand!
- I wont work with tight deadlines. Please understand that my time is also limited✦ Payments, Refunds, and Cancellations
- Payment will be 50/50 or fully upfront on PayPal (friends and family) in USD only
- Commissions are non-refundable, but a full refund will be given if Im unable to complete the commission due to personal reasons
- please be available for communication! if i dont get a reply to my questions after 7 days, i will consider the commission cancelled and no refunds will be given✦ Process and Delivery
- Please fill out the Google Form to complete your commission request!
- Give me up to 24 hours to accept/decline your inquiry. If I accept, payment must be made within 48 hours
- I will send you a rough sketch after payment. Once approved, I will continue working on it and will send WIPs accordingly. If you chose to split the payment, I will continue after the second half has been paid. Give me 1 to 3 weeks to complete your commission
- I will provide a Google Drive folder with a watermarked and non-watermarked PNG file when I'm done✦ Additonal notes
- Depending on the complexity of the character or backgrounds, there may be additional fees
- Minor revisions are free, however major revisions after the rough sketch phase, such as changes in pose, composition, backgrounds, etc) will be an additional 30% price charge
- Please credit me (@ccofffee_apk) when using commission for icons, headers, or reposts✦ Thank you for your interest! ✦
